本研究基于100起典型案例，研究发现，目前我国校园霸凌的形式以身体霸凌为主，且霸凌的衍生行为如拍照、录像并上传网络等不良行为也十分频繁，多数校园霸凌行为具有重复性和长期性，由多人共同实施，同学间的日常纠纷是其主要诱因，而发生在同性之间的霸凌行为更为频繁，女生则更容易成为霸凌的受害者。本研究在分析诱发校园霸凌的个人、家庭和社会因素、学校因素和法律因素的基础上，在施暴者预防、潜在受害者预防、时空预防和法律预防等四个方面提出了预防校园霸凌的具体措施。
Abstract：This study is based on 100 typical cases of school bullying in China.Research shows that physical bullying is the main form of school bullying and the derivative behaviors of school bullying,such as taking and uploading photos and videos,are very frequent.It is found that school bullying is a repetitive and long-term behavior,which is usually carried out by multiple people.Daily friction among classmates is the main cause of it.Bullying behavior among the same sex is more frequent,and girls are more likely to become victims of bullying.Based on the analysis of personal factors,family and social factors,school factors and legal factors,this study puts forward specific measures to prevent school bullying from four aspects:abuser prevention,potential victim prevention,space-time prevention and legal prevention.
