在当今AI时代,以ChatGPT、Sora为代表的生成式AI融入高校思政课创新变革已成为大势所趋,这对教师的素养结构提出了全新要求。高校思政课教师AI素养是教师在接触、理解、评估、利用AI技术和应用过程中所体现出的综合能力、行为方式和伦理价值观,是AI时代教师必备的专业素养。鉴于此,结合习近平总书记提出的思政课教师“六要”标准,系统构建以意识、技术、伦理、发展四大维度为核心内容的高校思政课教师AI素养框架。在此基础上,培育高校思政课教师AI素养以实现教师智慧与技术智能的深度共生,对于推动其自身专业发展、满足当代大学生多元需求、助推思政课堂变革跃迁具有重要意义。为进一步推进高校思政课教师AI素养培育工作,宏观层面需完善政策顶层设计,强化财政扶持力度;中观层面需落实培训孵化实践,营造协同育人生态;微观层面需激发教师自我驱动,提升人机协同能力。
Abstract:In today's AI era,the integration of generative AI represented by ChatGPT and Sora into the innovation and reform of ideological and political courses in colleges has become a general trend,which puts forward new requirements for teachers' literacy structure. AI literacy of ideological and political course teachers in collegesrefers to the comprehensive abilities,behaviors and ethical values embodied by teachers in the process of contacting,understanding,evaluating,using AI technologies and application. It is a necessary professional literacy of teachers in the AI era. In view of this,combined with the “Six Requirements”standard of ideological and political course teachers proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping,the AI literacy framework of ideological and political course teachers in colleges is systematically constructed with four dimensions of consciousness,technology,ethics and development as the core content. On this basis,cultivating AI literacy of ideological and political course teachers in colleges to realize the deep symbiosis of teachers' wisdom and technical intelligence is of great significance to promote their own professional development,meet the diverse needs of contemporary college students,and boost the transformation of ideological and political classrooms. In order to further promote the cultivation of AI literacy of ideological and political course teachers in colleges,it is necessary to improve the top-level policy design and strengthen financial support at the macrolevel;at the mesolevel,it is necessary to implement the training incubation practices and create a collaborative education ecology;at the microlevel,it is important to stimulate teachers' self-motivation and enhance their human-machine collaborative abilities.
