场域理论视域下校馆协同育人的理论探析与实践路径

摘要:

思政课是培养学生正确价值观、道德观和社会责任感的重要途径。基于场域理论视域,革命场馆作为思政教育的社会化场域,其物质空间、符号系统与关系网络的场域特性,与学校思政教育形成场域中的结构性互补,在协同育人和沉浸式教学方面具有独特的育人优势和功能。传统思政课堂因资本转换阻滞以及惯习培育的断裂,导致场域结构流动乏力,可通过在校馆协同育人实践中构建场域资本高效转换的协同机制、设计连贯的惯习培育模式、激活结构流动活力来实现突破,为新时代思政课改革创新提供可借鉴方案。

Abstract:

Ideological and political education is an important way to cultivate students' correct values,moral values,and sense of social responsibility. Based on the field theory perspective,revolutionary venues,as socialized fields of ideological and political education,have unique educational advantages and functions in collaborative education and immersive teaching due to their field characteristics of material space,symbol system,and relationship network,which complement the structural characteristics of school ideological and political education in the field. The traditional ideological and political classroom is hindered by capital conversion and the rupture of habit cultivation,resulting in weak flow of field structure. This can be achieved through the construction of a collaborative mechanism for efficient conversion of field capital,the design of a coherent habit cultivation model,and the activation of structural flow vitality in the practice of school-museum collaborative education. This provides a reference solution for the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in the new era.
