数字经济作为新兴模式,逐渐成为经济发展主体。文章从数字产业角度分析山东近几年上市企业发展状况,选取浪潮信息作为典型样本,采用金融理论上经典的股权自由现金流折现模型作为工具,计算企业内在价值,并将模型应用到6家上市企业中,同时对比分析江苏、浙江两省同类企业。实操结果显示山东数字产业领域具有较大的发展潜力,同时从数据层面总结归纳出若干对山东数字企业产业的发展建议。
Abstract：As an emerging model,digital economy has gradually become the main body of economic development.This paper analyzes the development of listed enterprises in Shandong in recent years from the perspective of digital industry.The Inspur information is selected as the typical sample and the classic discounted model of free cash flow to equity in financial theory is used as a tool to calculate the intrinsic value of the enterprises and applies the model to 6 listed companies.Then,this paper comparatively analyzes the similar enterprises of Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.The practical results show that the digital industry in Shandong province has great potential for development.Some suggestions on the development of listed digital industry in Shandong province are summarized from the data level.
